DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Nautical Beach House 1– just one home away from the beach and boardwalk in North Mission Beach. This nicely upgraded property was designed to provide a warm and welcoming place to experience a taste of San Diego beach living.
Hardwood flooring is paired with fresh color palettes and coastal-inspired décor, and indoor-outdoor living. The living room includes a leather sofa, loveseat, coffee table, and fireplace, as well as a large flatscreen television. Each bedroom is on its own level and comes with an en suite bath, and one of the top highlights of this home is a spacious ocean-view sun deck on the top floor with outdoor lounge seating and a dining table.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to enjoy a home-style meal, plus there’s a convenient gas BBQ grill on the adjacent patio. There’s a ten-person table in the dining area, or head up to the rooftop deck and have lunch under the shade umbrella or dinner under the stars with the sound of the ocean as a backdrop.
