Awesome views! Sunsets were fantastic! With the King Tides for 3 days, it was even more exciting, happy we were not on the ground floor. Please note we went with our son and his family, we are in our late 70's. The condo had all we needed, 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms! One flight of stairs, with handrail, up to the 2nd floor. Very easy! It is a short walk to everything Belmont Park and the Mission Beach Boardwalk has to offer. Felt safe walking even at night. Most vacation hosts say they will notify you for early check-in if possible and don't, but Bluewater really did get us in early!!! Great staff, staying in contact should be need anything. Thank you, Bluewater staff! We look forward to a return trip!

Fabulous location in the middle of PB. Walk to beach, main hub and pier. House is well stocked for home cooking, and hot tub is added bonus. My only suggestion would be to re-open a prior direct beach access from the house, but I understand that erosion changes dunes, and it may not be possible. Bluewater was quick to respond to any questions, and gave a full house tour (including appliances, fireplaces and theatre room) to make transition into vacation mode easy. Highly recommend and hope to return.

We had a wonderful weekend visiting La Jolla. The house is a short walk to the water and it was nice to have a garage to park our car and walk to the many shops and restaurants close by. The kitchen is very large and fully stocked with everything that you would need. The beds are comfortable with a good separation from the master and other 2 bedrooms. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the rooftop space.

This house was exactly right for our family! It was just as pictured online- no surprises-clean and neat. The hosts had everything we needed for our first night/ morning and snacks as well. The hosts checked in on us daily to see what we may have questions about- they were very attentive. We appreciated its location to the beach and restaurants-as well as attractions in San Diego like Sea World and Old Town. And we Loved the easy checkout ! It truly was a great place for us-highly recommend!
