Everywhere you look, there are views at this condo! We were blown away with how close we really were to the ocean as well, literally steps away. The home was clean, decor was tasteful and communication was great. The parking spot is on the smaller side but fit or sedan.

What a great place to stay at. Perfect relaxation during our entire trip. We stepped out straight to the ocean and enjoyed the views every single minute. It\'s also right next to the park and Belmont park as well where we found plenty of options to eat. We might rent this place as our anual trip! The host was super helpful and is very responsive.

This is the best place we have ever stayed, and we have stayed in B&B’s in Hawaii, Cancun, Bahamas, Malibu, Sea Ranch, Oceanside, Laguna Beach, Santa Barbara, etc. The condo was perfect for the three of us. We hope to stay there again next year. We had a couple of minor issues, but they sent someone right over to help us.

LOVED this condo and location

We just returned from a Couples Trip at this condo and just wanted to say how much we all really enjoyed ourselves. The condo is more spacious than the photos give it credit and has a great patio right on the Boardwalk, with the beach and ocean just on the other side of the Boardwalk. It is a very short walk--the length of the small park next door--to Belmont Park and a number of great beach bars/restaurants. I was surprised how much I enjoyed sitting on the patio and being able to \"people watch\" (many very friendly pedestrians went by) as well as enjoy the ocean view--I was the most skeptical of our group regarding being right on the Boardwalk when we booked this condo. The sunsets were amazing and you have the opportunity to enjoy doing as much or as little as you like. Just a couple of \"fyi\'s\"--there were plenty of paper towels, dishsoap, and hand soap provided--we didn\'t think it was left over from the people there before us so you don\'t need to buy that; and there were 2 MV\'s in the parking lot next to us people were living out of but they never bothered us. The only warning I would give is on our Saturday there, the Boardwalk was understandably very busy (we really enjoyed seeing it all). We left to go sightseeing from about 2:30P-7:30P and upon our return we found 10-12 teenagers hanging out on our patio, using our fireplace, and breaking the lovely sand dollars my friend had found on the beach. They did leave right away, BUT I would advise bringing in the fireplace \"key\" and anything you don\'t want touched if you leave for a period of time on the weekend--Saturday was the only day we had this issue. Despite this small disturbance, we had such a wonderful time at this gorgeous condo we all agreed we want to return, but this time for at least a week!

The management company was super responsive and very pleasant - best I’ve come across so far! And the views were spectacular. Right on the beach and boardwalk. Enjoyed coffee early in morning on private patio, watching the joggers on boardwalk and surfers in ocean. And sunsets each evening. The location on the beach was perfect for us as we went out exploring San Diego each day. Just a few minutes drive to all the great neighborhoods and attractions. It did tend to get busier on the boardwalk/beach during the weekend but that is part of the Mission Beach charm and true of any beach spot. So many people walking by would point out this building and our patios, and I was asked a few times how far in advance we booked. It really goes above and beyond. We absolutely loved our stay here. It was the perfect place and destination for our first get together after quarantine, and great communication and hospitality from the Bluewater group!
